Shipping is on us because of widespread shipping delays due to the pandemic, and we value you as a customer. 

We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide unless otherwise noted. 

Processing Time

After receiving your confirmation email, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped in 10-17 days. Shipping times are longer due to the pandemic, and some shipping carriers are experiencing staffing shortages.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We offer free shipping to make the longer shipping times easier for you.

Checking Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 17 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at help@pupandfetch.com.

Please include your name and order number so that we can look into this right away for you.

Where are your items shipped from?

Our items ship from the United States or China, depending on the supplier's location.  

If I order multiple items, will they arrive in one package?

Many times your entire order will arrive in one package. 

However, if your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple packages since our suppliers are located in different areas.
